The security tasks are enforced by various programs. Each user is assigned a User ID and a Password to enable them to log-on to the system. And each individual program has access level; NA for no access, R for Read Only, RW for Read & Write. Each user in the system is assigned to a User Group. The User Group is pre-defined with various access level through the User Group Screen.
