• Chart of Account Listing & Setup
  • General Ledger - Handles unlimited years of history, Safe-post feature prevents posting of out-of-balance transactions Provides double-checking of daily journal entries
• Trial Balance
  • Provides detail listing of all the transaction in the GL sorted by A/C Code.
• Balance Sheet
  • Automatically extracts data from GL and calculated the total in the pre-assigned group for the balance sheet
• Profit & Loss Account
  • Automatically extracts data from GL and calculated the total in the pre-assigned group for PL Account
• Account Group
  • Setup Setup module for assigning group for balance sheet and PL Account.

• Journal Entry - debit and credit column must be equal to post the record.
